On October 28, Zhu Chunxiu, Member of the Leading Party Group and Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress, led a team to visit Dekon Tonnies. Huang He, Secretary of the Meishan Municipal Party Committee, Liu Xianwei, Director of the Standing Committee of Meishan Municipal People’s Congress, Ming Yu, Secretary of the Renshou County Committee, Wang Degen, Founder of Dekon Group, and Xu Wei, Vice President of Dekon Group, accompanied Zhu Xinhua, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee of the Sichuan Provincial People's Congress and Director of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Working Committee of the Standing Committee, to visit.
During the on-site visit, Zhu Chunxiu and her delegation visited Dekon Tonnies to learn more about the layout and development of the whole pig industry chain of Dekon Group. She praised the efficient implementation of Dekon’s “uniting and leading farmers, helping farmers increase their incomes, promoting industrial ecology, and supporting rural revitalization” mode, and highly recognized the advanced production process, high-level production standards and rigorous food safety management system of Dekon Tonnies factory.
On the same day, relevant leaders from the Standing Committee of Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education, the Standing Committee of Meishan Municipal People’s Congress, and the Standing Committee of Renshou County People’s Congress participated in the visit.
